smengle
*** We had applied through my wife's employer in 2006. She was the primary and I was the beneficiary. I-485s were filed in Schedule A category and which later became EB3. *** Since she never joined the company who filed, we later filed through my employer with me as primary and my wife as beneficiary. I-485s were filed in EB2. *** Last week we (both me and my wife) received green cards through my employer as EB2 dates were current. *** Yesterday I got email from USCIS that the I-485 filed through my wife's employer in EB3 was Denied and a notice was mailed. I would assume that they did it just because she has already received GC through my employer. Is this normal? Gurus ... Please advise. Link to comment
