nithin27.kumar
USCIS sent RFE in sept 2017 for my h1b extension. My previous consulting employer responded to it in November 2017 It showed RFE response received status on website after that. My previous 797 expired in August 1st week of 2017 As I was on RFE, I continued to work with my consulting employer until nov 3r week 2017 On Parallel context, I got Full time opportunity and my FT 797 approved in 1st week of nov 2017 for 3 years. From last one and half year I am working with my full time company. This week we received denial(h1 and h4) for previous consulting extension. I have following questions 1. As my consulting 797 expired in Aug 1st week and Full time 797 was effect from nov1st and previous extension was pending from one and half year. I do not think we went out of status anytime. May I know is this correct? 2. As denial extension notice says we should leave country within 33 days and do we need to go for stamping immediate 3. My Full time I-94 is valid until end of 2020. we are traveling to India this August. Is it fine if we wait until August and go for stamping I appreciate your reply Thanks Edited May 15, 2019 by nithin27.kumar added two lines Quote Link to comment
