I140 Premium process required ,change in employer

Thanks in advance for your answer.

I have a approved i140 with employer A (2016) and i changed to employer B a year ago and my current employer filed i140 today should i go for premium process?

1. Reason, if in case i change my current employer B with out getting approved i140, will i have any effect on my previous approved i140 or is it suggestable to change employer when i140 is in progress since i have an approved i140 already.

2.with premium process most people on forum mentioned there could be rfe's and suggesting to go for regular process.

3.Is premium process worth if i have any future plans of changing current employer where my i140 is in progress ,when i have an approved i140 with my first employer.
