Visa9 Posted May 10, 2019 Report Posted May 10, 2019 My previous Employer - A applied for an amendment in the month of April 2018 for a position in OH.I had worked there for 6 months and then joined Company - B in Sep 2018. Now I have received an RFE from USCIS for that OH amendment. Please let me know what shall I do in this situation. I am going to India next month and have to go for stamping as well..
