Hi,

I was working in US for 2 years under H1B and my extension got denied. Traveled back to US for 3 months under H4 and now working in India . If I travel back to US under H4, will it be possible to apply for H1B non cap (HNSC) to a different employer ?

Please suggest the possible ways to convert my H4 to working visa.
