Hi 
My H1B transfer was rejected. Since premium processing was closed last year, i have already started working with the new employer. Based on the rejection, my lawyer is suggesting filing another petition. Couple of questions

1) Is filing another petition the best option?
2) Given the first reject, is it likely to get an approval for the new petition?
3) What can/should the new filing entail so as not get a rejection?
