Rony Joseph Posted April 30, 2019 Report Posted April 30, 2019 Hi All, I am currently on valid F-1 visa here.My spouse has filled a I-130 for me and it is still under process.Is there any legal barriers to international travel say to India while the I-130 is under process?
JoeF Posted May 1, 2019 Report Posted May 1, 2019 The F1 doesn't allow immigration intent, but you have shown immigration intent with the I-130. So you could get denied entry on the F1.
