Do you all think, premium processing is at a greater risk than regular processing now? Regular processing time as per my lawyers is 10-12 months. Is that correct? xTDx Posted May 1, 2019 Report Share Posted May 1, 2019 If the application, employer , job and your education is legit and all the paperwork is in order, there is no risk in PP. PP is the fastest way to get a decision on a petition. A few years ago shady companies used to deliberately file frivolous petitions ( not in PP) so that they can ask employees to start working asap while they procure client letters and end client related documentation. Now that loophole is closed and USCIS will deny the application if critical evidences are not submitted along with the initial application. No Risk. PP is the way to go. Link to comment
