prash.nans Posted April 28, 2019 Report Posted April 28, 2019 Hello, I am on H1b from last 5 years and I have my I-140 approved with EB2 since my company policy did not allow filing in EB1 at that time. Now my company policy changed and open to file EB1 as well, is it possible to re-file new GC in EB1? I have eligibility for EB1 as I was playing managerial role before moving US 5 years back.
