Family based green card application and adjustment of status

Dear Sir,

My Sister is a US Citizen and she has filed for my green card under the family based green card category.  I am in the US for the last 6 years on an L1A individual Visa thru my employer.

Given that i already hold a Visa under L1 and the application has been made by my sister under family based visa (brother) it is possible to directly file for adjustment of status?

Please provide your guidance on the same

There is a 12+ year backlog for Family Category 4, siblings of US citizens. An I-485 can only be filed when the PD is current.

Your L1 is completely irrelevant for that.
