awaitingGC1011
Hi, My I-94 card was not taken by airline personnel. I saw it after I reached my destination. I am in hydrabad for visa stamping . will it be a issue if my case goesinto adminstrative processing? what should I do with this I-94 card? I do not have copy of my boarding pass. is it mandatory to surrender the I94 card or will it be tracked from airline passanger list? If needed to surrender can I submit the I-94 along with my e-tickets? where should I send the I94 card and documentation? thanks Link to comment

SameerH1Bworker
Even though airline doesn't ask, its H1B worker's responsibility to surrender I-94 whenever they leave US. Otherwise it will be considered as you're still in US. Now you can send I-94 along with flight ticket to USCIS. Check USCIS.GOV for where to send, if you don't find address call helpline of USCIS.
