Will I be able to transfer from F1 CPT to H4 EAD without loosing my current job?

I'm currently on F1 CPT and would like to move to H4 EAD without losing my current job, is this possible? Thank you for your help.

No. You may not even get an H4 because in 99% of cases CPT is abuse of the rules. On F1 you are supposed to study, not to work (except for internships, which is obviously not what you are doing if you want to continue working in the job on EAD.)

An EAD would only be processed once the H4 is approved.
