H1B Transfer and H1B Extension at same time

Currently I am working for Employer A working at Client B. Employer A filed H1 Extension but it went to RFE. Employer A is taking time to submit RFE.

Now Client B wants to file my H1 Transfer .  Can Client B file my H1 Transfer even while H1 Extension is in Process.

I am worried about what happens 

a) If  H1 Extension approves after H1 Transfer Completion . Still can I work as full time employee to Client(transfer)  irrespective of Precedence Order of approvals ?

b) Since I got an RFE on H1 Extension will it cause any impact to H1 Transfer Petition. 

c)  If H1 Extension approves before H1 Transfer completion   and if we do not provide latest I797A approval(due to timing issue of receiving approval document  for  extension approval process) ;  during H1 Transfer filing will it cause any impact to transfer.

 

Please advice on same . So that it will be very helpful.
