pp99 Posted April 12, 2019 Report Share Posted April 12, 2019 My H1B application for this year was mailed on morning of 5th April 2019. Tracker shows it was accepted on 6th. The USCIS notified of enough applications on 5th evening. My questions is will they consider my application for lottery as it was stamped (postal) on 5th before the notification? Link to comment
