Filing N400 Prior Reident for 3 Months

hi,At Present I am GC Holder residing in Texas ,We are likely to move NJ in September 2019,after that i may have NJ State ID,After moving NJ ,if I visit my Home Country in November 2019 and Reurn TexasMarch 2020, and after spending 15 days there ,i will permentaly move to NJ. I will be eligible to file N400 in May 2020.Can i file at that time or I have to stay NJ for 3 Months and file N400.By September 2019 i must have my NJ State ID.Pl.Guide me.Thanks

You can file up to 90 days before you fulfill the residency requirement, but all other requirements, including the 3 months in district have to be fulfilled at the time of filing.

Your drivers license. Or utility bills.
