Kris_mister Posted April 3, 2019 Report Share Posted April 3, 2019 Hi, I'm with Employer A and the current H1B is valid until Nov 2020. I'm planning to go to India for stamping. However, I got an offer from employer B and they have initiated H1B transfer under premium processing. There was an RFE for the transfer process. My question is : Can I travel during this period to India, since my current H1B is valid untli November 2020 and I'm still working with my current Employer A. Please advise.
