I am a Dentist from Mumbai, India presently doing Cancer research in Leukemia / Myelodysplastic Syndrome team at New York with my J-1 status. My  J-1 is subject to the two year foreign residency requirement and I wanted to find the correct addresses and Contact person for Maharashtra State Government and Thane Passport Office.
