ssumansingh Posted April 1, 2019 Report Posted April 1, 2019 Dear Forum moderators/ Visa holders, My H1b extension and amendment is in progress and i recently received an RFE. I have an approved I140 and this will be my 7th year extension. Do you think doing a transfer and changing employer with an RFE in progress is a risk in any way? It would be helpful to know if anyone of you have faced such situation.
