H1 Profit/Non Profit Organization Trasfer and Approval

Hi,

Currently I am in H1B for profit organization from 2016 till 2022. Now I got a job from a non-profit organization and they got the H-1B visa approval notice form ( I797).

But I decided not to go and work for them. My question is

1. Can I still continue with profit organization ?

2. If my profit organization applies for change of location, will the other approved non profit notice affect my H1. ?

The other organization by law has to inform USCIS that you are not working there. It doesn't affect your current H1.
