Srinathrk
Hello All, Im currently working for my Employer on H1b visa at my Employers office in Atlanta. We are implementation partner for multiple clients in Atlanta. When my initial H1b was approved i was working on a inhouse project (at my Employers office) for client A and recently the inhouse project with client A was finished. we are about to start new inhouse project with client B at my employers office. During my initial H1b application we included client letter from client A with my employers office address as work location and now i will be working for client B at my employers office. At anytime my work location did not change. Same address, same floor, same desk. Im planning to travel to India for my stamping next month. Do i need amendment or can i get stamped with current H1b approval? Please suggest. Link to comment
02112018
No change is needed as you are working at same location but client info to be submitted @ the time of extension and carry same for stamping if asked, show new client info to get stamped. Link to comment
