On march 19, the status was changed and it says "On March 19, 2019, we received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker" . I thought the request for premium processing should be i-907 but instead it says i-129 which is the form for initial h1b application. Is this an issue ?
varipaddu Posted April 2, 2019 Report Posted April 2, 2019 Hi We are also in the same situation. H1b is upgraded to Premium on Mar 20 th in California center. Status was same as for us also.
