sphegde Posted March 20, 2019 Report Posted March 20, 2019 Hi, Is it possible to apply for extension an expired H1B petition which is not yet stamped? In other words, if my petition expires without getting stamping then is it possible to get it extended or do I have to come through lottery again? I got lucky in the lottery last year but, I have not got stamped yet. My current approval expires in 1 year and I doubt if my company will send me for stamping within this one year. I am not sure if the extension is possible without getting stamped. Can someone please throw some light on this? Regards SPH
