MRakesh Posted March 18, 2019 Report Posted March 18, 2019 I have stayed in the US for 4 years on H1B and now I'm in India. My H1B is still valid and is stamped till Mar-2020. I've moved to a new organization in India and this company wants to do B1 (Business) visa. Can I hold both visas at same time. If I ever travel on B1, would it be counted against H1B time period of 6 years.
