I have applied for my first H1B extension Query: Is the H1B extension will be given on the basis of fresh H1B or it will be extension of L1B.
JoeF Posted March 13, 2019 Report Posted March 13, 2019 If the H1 was filed before you had been abroad for a year then the time on L1 and H1 is combined.
