H1AndF1 Posted March 4, 2019 Report Share Posted March 4, 2019 Recently My employer filed the H1 Extn and New H4-EAD application at the same time. If I transfer my h1 to Company B and after joining, my current company will cancel the pending H1 Extn Petition. Along with that, does the H4-EAD application also will be cancelled (or) it will process independently? Link to comment
