L2 EAD approved when L1A, and L2 filings are pending?

Hi, After an L-1A blanket was denied, we had applied for an L-1A individual along with an L-2 and L-2 EAD. The L-2 EAD was approved for 2 years, from the day of the L-1A filing. But the L-1A and L-2 are still pending. Does this mean that the L-1A and L-2 are also approved? 

Any guidance is appreciated.

Difficult to guess

It is better to wait for L1 approval as the L2 status is derivative and dependent on L1 status being maintained as per law
