Vishwajeeth Mandalika
Hello, My wife recently got her H4 EAD approved. Due to a change in address the card was returned to USCIS. However, we did receive the Approval Notice through mail forwarding. our lawyers have raised an SR with USCIS and I also submitted a change of address to USCIS which was marked complete. The card is scheduled to be destroyed on March 6th. How should I proceed? Is it advisable to call USCIS and also open another SR? Is there anything i should keep in mind when I talk to USCIS representative? Should i ask for the "supervisor"? Please advise. Regards, VM. Link to comment
