CVSI Posted February 28, 2019 Report Share Posted February 28, 2019 Hello all, I am in a situation where my company filed I-485 in November 2018 and the PD is in May 2017. The current project will be over by March and if I move back to my native country will the processing of I-485 cancelled or the process will continue as I will be in the same organization in native country? Since it is not 6 months, I can’t even think of AC21. Please advise whether to stay here and find a new job or go back to native country and continue with the same employer. Link to comment
