H4 travel while H1B amendment is in progress.

Hi,

Can my spouse travel in H4 visa (valid till Nov 2020)  to US from India when my H1B amendment is currently in progress. I will be sending the current approved I-797 and new H1B Amendment petition receipt in courier.

Please suggest.
