siva_386 Posted February 27, 2019 Report Posted February 27, 2019 I applied for H1B to H4 conversion. The receipt was sent to my old address even though I mentioned my new address in the application. I got status that the document was returned to USCIS. I applied form AR-11 online and I got my receipt delivered to new address. But my application status is still Document was returned to USCIS. Along with the receipt there was printed AR-11 form Do you I need fill and send it USCIS or it is not required as I have already filled online? Please advise.
