But I have the ETA Case Number (A-xxxxx-xxxxx), which is on ETA 9089 form. Using the ETA Case number, can we find the GC Priority Date? 2) How to find the category Pls let me know Thanks in advance Link to comment
xTDx Posted February 25, 2019 Report Share Posted February 25, 2019 Category and priority dates are affirmed by USCIS on i140 approval. Usually PD is same as PERM filing date. PERM has no category.
