akashz
I have two I-140 (EB3 PD July 2014 and EB2 Oct 2016) approved from Employer A. We have not ported date so far. Now I moved to Employer B. My questions are: 1. Do we need to start green card process again with Employer B? 2. If yes what is the process to port priority dates. Employer B will file new green card, is it possible to file green card for EB2 and retain EB 3 priority date from employer A? 3. Do we file and port together or I have to wait for the approval first and then submit the request to port? I also heard that porting is same as I 140 process and have same wait time, is that true? 4. Can I move back to Employer A when my priority date becomes current and file I 485 and port request together with H1 transfer? 5. Does port priority date fees same as I 140? 6. Can I start green card process with Employer B when my priority date become current for I 140 from employer A, that means, file labor and then i140, i 485 and request to port dates together? Thank you for your help. Link to comment
