I have new offer and would like to accept it. But I was wondering what is the processing time for H1B/GC transfer and if I can file the H1B transfer with Premium Processing? How long does it take to get the receipt? Does H1B premium processing suspension affect my case? Thanks. Link to comment
luck2u Posted February 11, 2019 Report Share Posted February 11, 2019 Premium Processing is under suspension for H1B transfer till Feb 19, 2019. Let's wait and see if they remove the suspension post Feb 19, 2019. You can receive the receipt notice within 7-10 days from the day the file reaches to Service Center. Link to comment
