H1 to H4 again H1

My case is little tricky, My initial H1-B approved for one year based on Client letter and end of my H1-B I was traveled to India, after 7 months traveled back to USA on H4 visa.

     Now my previous client ready to re-open my case (they offered full time with Wage level 3 package), what was the chances of my case approval and by chance do you have any same references like my case.
