If my h1b visa is approved or if rejected will that impact my b1 visa, and can I apply H1b and attend visa Interview staying in Us. Mine is not a new H1b visa application .I already has my h1b visa stamped and approved (2008 to 2011). Thanks & Regards Link to comment
Provence Posted February 7, 2019 Report Share Posted February 7, 2019 Having entered the US on a B-visa, you should already have a return ticket. Suggest that you exit the US prior to i94 expiration and apply for an appropriate visa from your home country. Link to comment
