H4 EAD - I 765 with incorrect Applicant Name

Hi Members,

My Attorney filed H1B extension (in premium processing) + H4 + EAD for H4. 

Received an email confirmation that my H1B extension is approved. Still did not receive the physical document in mail. 

Received receipt notice for H4 and EAD applications. Found that applicant name and beneficiary name are incorrect on I 765 application.  

Attorney's team made a mistake by giving my name instead of spouse's name on I765 Application. 

Ques 1: Will we get H4 and EAD results along with H1B document in mail?

Ques 2: Will USCIS deny/reject I765 or will they issue I 765 with incorrect name? or will we get a query?
