Approved I-140, Got H1b extension, Leaving US and comeback in future

Hello,

I have an approved I-140 and got a H1B extension on basis of I-140 since I have completed my 6years on my H1b.

My question is,

1- If I leave US and change my employer in my native country and planning to come back to US after a year or two with new employer provided my I-140 will be withdrawn already, can I reuse use my same H1B got on basis of I-140 will that validity time period  be still considered( generally how it work in normal H1B(6 years cap)), or

2- I have to file a fresh H1b go through all the process - lottery and other we have today.

3- Does wait with current employer for 6 months after I-140 change anything? as I am planning to leaving now i.e with 1 month of approval of I-140
