H4 Travel, while H1B Transfer in process

Hi All

Can someone please confirm me on this below issue?

I have H1B transfer currently in process from Company A to Company B. My wife has got Company A H4 stamped with Visa.

1) Now i am currently working in company B with receipt notice. Can my wife still travel to US based on her stamped visa in pp?  

2) If company A withdraw my H1B petition, will it impact H4 visa too? And she shoud not travel untill i get my New petition approved?

Please help me on this Q

2) If company A withdraw my H1B petition, will it impact H4 visa too? And she shoud not travel untill i get my New petition approved?  As long she has valid stamping on H4 Visa and your transfer case is pending or approved she can come back to US.
