My F1 visa is also valid till July 2020. I will be getting married soon. My employer is filing for my H1B in April 2019. Can I travel after April 2019 once the H1B is filed? I know it is not recommended, but what is the risk involved? How can I manage this situation? What is the right time for the travel after April 2019?
