AtulDhar Posted January 31, 2019 Report Share Posted January 31, 2019 Hi, I am currently working for the Employer A on H1B which is expiring in Dec 2019. I also Have approved I140 from Employer B. Can Employer A file extension based on approved I140 from Employer B ? Can they keep filing extensions based on this I140 copy further as well ? What if Employer B revokes my I140 ? Link to comment
