rkonkani@rediffmail.com
I’m working full time for a reputed Client at a location in WA and have a valid H1B till October 2020. I moved to a different location(TX) still with the same client. There is no change in the Role, Responsibilities, Manager, Project etc. My Client has filed an H1 amendment (Filed in April 2018) petition for location change as petition salary for the new location is different. On Jan 30th, 2019, my case was updated with RFE. My question is if the H1 amendment is rejected, Can I go back and work for my client on the initially approved petition at the old location (WA)? or do I need to find a New employer? Link to comment
H1-BGuy
You can go back and work at your previous location where you have an approved petition. Link to comment
