On my PERM form ETA 9089, it has 'J.11 Education: Highest level achieved as required by the requested job opportunity = Bachelor's'. Details on J.13 to J.16 has information of institute where I completed Masters degree. See attachment. J.13 Year relevant education completed J.14 Institution where relevant education specified in question 11 was received J.15 Address 1 of conferring institution J.16 City, State/Province, Country, Postal code Can this be issue? Do I need separate cover letter in I140 pack explaining this? Quote Link to comment
