H1 Transfer Details

Hi ,  I had couple of quick question's.My H1B (change of status opt to H1B) got approved recently in last  week of December and i received my approval notice on First week of Jan.I am planning for switch job (H1 Transfer).please find my question's below :

i).Do i need to work for current employer for particular time frame after H1B got approved ?

ii).Need any number of pay checks should be run for current employer .If yes how many pay checks should i need ?

iii).H1B taxes from pay checks after getting H1B approved didn't getting deducted  yet will it be any problem for transfer?
