She wanted to bring my younger sister's son with her on the trip to US. I wanted to know if USCIS would grant visa in such a scenario? If yes, what is it that will be needed in terms of paperwork to make it happen? Appreciate any guidance/help on the matter. Link to comment
Provence Posted January 25, 2019 Report Share Posted January 25, 2019 USCIS doesn't grant visas; State Dept does. Assuming the son is a minor, his parents apply for his visa by filling out the ds160 online. The application would then be adjudicated on merit. Link to comment
