SwathiShetty27j Posted January 24, 2019 Report Share Posted January 24, 2019 Hi, My husband is working on H1B Visa and he is terminated from his onsite role and he has to go to Hyderabad office and work from there. Visa validity is til Sep-2019, if we go to home country in Feb-2019 and after Visa expires in Sep, will there be a provision to come back with a new employer in 2020? thank you. Link to comment
