I got RFE and then my L1 got denied on 1/18/2019. My husband is having valid L1 and I want to apply for COS L1 to L2 without travelling back to India. Will I be eligible to apply for COS using NPT without travelling to India for stamping as am in the medical procedure right now and will not be able to travel shortly Link to comment
