Ananddev Posted January 18, 2019 Report Share Posted January 18, 2019 Hi, My recent visa stamping in my passport expired Dec 2018 I moved to State1 / City1 for job relocation - Amendment approved and I moved to State2 / City2 for job relocation - My company filed, Amendment + Extension together and it got approved until 2021 I have a previous U.S. visa in the same class as the visa for which I wish to apply - Yes My most recent visa was issued in India - Yes I received my visa after January 1, 2008 - Yes My prior visa is not annotated “Clearance Received” or “Department Authorization”. - Yes My most recent visa (in the same class for which I am applying) was issued on or after my 14th birthday - Yes My most recent visa (in the same class for which I am applying) was not lost/stolen - Yes I have no refusals for a visa in any class after my most recent visa issuance - Yes If I am applying for an H or L (individual) or R visa, my prior visa in the same class is still valid or expired within the last 12 months. - Yes I have not changed employer. I am with same employer since my H1 visa was applied. I am planning to visit India during Feb 2019. Am I eligible for visa waiver [drop box] option. Is relocation with amendment approval restrict drop box option. Thanks in advance. Link to comment

I was responding to your other question " Is relocation with amendment approval restrict drop box option" Whether or not you are eligible for drop box will be clear at the time you take appointment.
