spattap Posted December 18, 2018 Report Share Posted December 18, 2018 I'm in my first year (June, 2018 - June, 2019) of F1- OPT. I'm working through a vendor (consultant) to a company. The consultancy promised to file H1B for me in April, 2019. Since I'm not sure if they would really file, can I get another H1B petition filed by another consultant? Meaning can I have two H1B petitions filed while I'm on OPT? Thank you! Link to comment
