Rocky321
I am a consultant and I travel every week to (different) client locations across US and the LCA is for client location (A) and I stay in a different city (B) than my actual client location (A). But USCIS has sent RFE asking why home location (B) city, which is also my employer's location, is different from Client location (A)- mentioned in the LCA. Has someone faced a similar situation? What was the final result?Any suggestions on how to respond to the RFE? Link to comment
preeti2018
I got same RFE, My client is in state A and I was working from State B (Home Location). On my LCA State B address was not added by mistake, but my paystubs had State B address. Any resolution for this. My employer attorney states I might need to depart the country. My visa is already expired with current employer, but my I-94 is still valid till FEB,2019 and visa stamped on my passport from past employer is also valid till Feb,2019. Can I file for Job transfer? Till when I can legally stay in USA? Link to comment
