AGS1 Posted October 26, 2018 Report Share Posted October 26, 2018 (edited) My husband's H1 recently got renewed along with my H4.We didnot file for my H4 EAD extension during that time. Can I file for my H4 EAD extension now - I am confused because my current H4 EAD is valid for more than 180 days. Please suggest what is the best option here.
